Clinical Psychology Internship at MYND Foundation, Guwahati: Akanksha Deka’s Learning Experience

My internship at MYND Foundation was a truly enriching experience that I would gladly undertake again. Throughout the clinical psychology internship, I had the opportunity to learn through observations and interactions with patients, which helped me understand that every individual is different and requires a unique approach to communication and care.

I learned how to interact with patients more effectively and adapt my way of communicating based on their individual needs. I was also introduced to psychological assessments such as NIEPID and VSMS, which further enhanced my practical understanding of the field.

The entire team was extremely kind, supportive, and willing to guide me throughout the internship. Overall, it was one of my most valuable learning experiences, and I am grateful for everything I learned during my time at MYND Foundation.
